Six of the eight Stage 2 (Legends) seeds for IEM Cologne Major 2026 are now in Cologne, with the remaining two due in over the next 36 hours. The arrival sequence as of May 30 evening:
Already in Cologne
- NAVI: in city since May 23 (bootcamp closes May 30, the team stay at the ESL Cologne facility through Stage 2 opener).
- The MongolZ: in city since May 24, the longest pre-Major in-city stay among the Legends seeds.
- FURIA: arrived May 27 from Berlin (post-Mythic Studios bootcamp).
- Vitality: arrived May 30 from Antwerp at 14:00 CEST. Bootcamp closed at the Vitality Paris facility on the morning of May 30 before the team coach ran the four-hour drive to Cologne.
- MOUZ: arrived May 30 from Berlin at 16:30 CEST. The team are checked into the Hyatt Regency Cologne adjacent to the LANXESS arena.
- Spirit: arrived May 30 at 18:00 CEST. The Moscow bootcamp closed May 30, with the roster on a direct Moscow-Cologne flight via Belgrade after sanctions-related route restrictions on the original Moscow-Frankfurt path.
Arriving in the next 36 hours
- Aurora (May 31, late evening): Almaty-Cologne via Istanbul, scheduled landing 22:00 CEST. Aurora's no-bootcamp policy means this is the team's first contact with the tournament city.
- Falcons (June 1, early afternoon): Riyadh-Cologne direct, scheduled landing 13:30 CEST. Falcons split bootcamp between Riyadh (24-29 May) and the Cologne arrival window, with practice continuing at their Riyadh facility through May 30.
- PARIVISION (June 1, midday): Moscow-Cologne via Belgrade, same routing as Spirit. Bootcamp at the shared PARIVISION-Spirit Moscow facility closed May 31.
Stage 1 sides arriving June 1
The 16 Stage 1 (Challengers) sides arrive on June 1 across multiple flights. paiN land from Brasília via Lisbon, FlyQuest from Los Angeles via Frankfurt, the European sides drive or take short-haul flights. ESL's per-team arrival pickup at Cologne Bonn Airport runs through the full June 1 day for the Stage 1 cohort.
