Vitality confirmed June 26 evening a two-week bootcamp at their Antwerp training facility starting June 30 ahead of BLAST Spring Finals 2026 (July 14-19, Lisbon). The block is framed internally as the start of the Stage 4 redemption push after consecutive Major silvers at Cologne 2025 (to Aurora) and Cologne 2026 (to The MongolZ).
Bootcamp scope
- Duration: June 30 - July 13 (two weeks, ending one day pre-Spring Finals)
- Location: Vitality HQ, Antwerp (full team accommodation + training facility access)
- Roster: Same five — ZywOo, apEX, Magisk, ropz, Spinx (confirmed June 23 by coach XTQZZZ statement)
- Scrim opponents confirmed: NAVI (week 1, post-Aleksib stand-in), Spirit (week 1), MOUZ (week 2), GamerLegion (week 2, as their Spring Finals QF4 opponent), FaZe (week 2). The MongolZ scrim trade was offered but declined.
- Map pool focus: Mirage, Ancient, Nuke (the three Vitality picks across Cologne 2026 + the typical Stage 4 read pool). Anubis is included for the new CT-spawn-timing calibration.
The ZywOo statement
ZywOo posted the team-statement video on Vitality's official YouTube channel June 26 evening (8m 22s). Key quotes:
"Two silvers in two consecutive Majors — that's not where we want to be. We had match-point at 11-9 on Dust2 against The MongolZ. We lost it. That's on us, not on anyone else. The team is the same five going into Spring Finals because we know we can do this. The bootcamp starts Monday. Spring Finals is the first step. Rio Major is the destination."
"To the people saying I have a silver-streak narrative — go look at the QF1, SF1, Grand Final stats. I'm not losing because I'm not delivering. We're losing as a team in specific moments. Those moments are what we work on in Antwerp. That's it."
The Antwerp facility
Vitality's Antwerp facility opened October 2025 — full-time training space with isolated team rooms, scrim server infrastructure, sports-science/recovery facilities, and player accommodation. The facility hosted Vitality's pre-BLAST Rotterdam bootcamp (March 2026, ended with the BLAST Rotterdam title) and the pre-Cologne 2026 bootcamp (April-May 2026, ended with Cologne 2026 silver).
What scrim partners are reading
The decision to invite NAVI to the week-1 scrim block (with their stand-in IGL) is notable. Coach XTQZZZ confirmed in the bootcamp announcement that the choice was deliberate — Vitality want to see how the stand-in trial plays against tier-1 reads before NAVI's Spring Finals QF2 against MOUZ. NAVI's stand-in performance against Vitality scrim becomes a leading indicator of NAVI's Spring Finals upset potential.
Bookmaker reaction
Vitality BLAST Spring Finals 2026 odds tightened from 3.50 (post-Cologne silver) to 3.10 (post-bootcamp confirmation). The MongolZ remain favourite at 2.40, but the price gap narrows.
