Case Hardened on M9 Bayonet uses the same procedural metallurgical-character finish as AK-47 Case Hardened, but the blade shape produces a different blue-vs-gold distribution profile. High-blue patterns on M9 are referred to as "Blue Gem M9s" with their own community tier list.
