The Winners' Bracket at 2-0
After Day 2, only a handful of teams sat at 2-0 — one win from playoffs. Spirit, 9z, and a few others were now the clear favorites to secure early qualification.
Vitality's Trouble
The reigning world #1 falling to 1-1 sent shockwaves through the tournament. Vitality would need to bounce back immediately to save their Major. IGL apEX was reportedly hard on the team in the post-match debrief. Team fans held their breath.
The 0-2 Group
Legacy, PARIVISION, and BetBoom fell into the elimination bracket at 0-2. One more loss and their Major was over. Given the depth of the field, none had a soft opponent waiting in Day 3.
Stage 3 Half-Point
With two of five days done, the picture was already clearer. Spirit and Falcons looked like final contenders. FURIA quietly built momentum. Aurora Gaming was proving to be more than a Cinderella story. Vitality suddenly looked vulnerable, and NAVI teetered on the edge.
