- EWC 2028: tentatively July 14 – 30, 2028

Both years remain in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

- Prize pool: $2,000,000
- Teams: 32
- Open Qualifier: July 16-18 at the Esports Boulevard in Riyadh — awards 4 spots in the main event

- 20 — Global VRS invites
- 2 — North American VRS invites
- 2 — South American VRS invites
- 2 — Asian VRS invites
- 2 — Wildcard invites
- 4 — Riyadh Open Qualifier
