The MongolZ legacy
First Mongolian CS2 Major Champions. First Asian Major champions in any era. The roster (bLitz, Senzu, mzinho, blitz, Techno) was assembled in 2024 from Mongolian and Kazakh players and built up through Tier-1 Asian qualifiers across 2025-2026. The bracket path produced one of the most-dominant Champions runs in CS2 history: Stage 2 3-0, QF3 2-0 (13-3 Anubis), SF2 2-1 over MOUZ, Grand Final 3-2 over world No. 1 Vitality.
Vitality silver
Vitality exit as runner-up. ZywOo posted a 1.39 series rating across the Grand Final — his second straight Major Grand Final silver after the Cologne 2025 loss to Aurora.
The capsule cycle finale
The MongolZ holo extended to +312% cycle-from-baseline in the 30 minutes after the Grand Final close — the largest single-event holo rally in CS2 Major capsule cycle history. bLitz player-gold extended to $215 mean — confirming first three-digit Mongolian player-gold and overtaking ZywOo as the top-priced CS2 player-gold.
