About AWP | Graphite
The AWP | Graphite in Minimal Wear is one of CS:GO's foundational AWP designs. Released with The Arms Deal (August 2013) — the very first weapon case, the original — Graphite has been continuously available longer than almost any other skin in the game. The finish itself is restrained: a dark grey-and-black gradient with subtle hexagonal pattern detail in the glossy areas.
Heritage tier context
The Arms Deal Collection skins occupy a unique position in CS:GO economics. Drop pool was discontinued years ago; remaining inventory is finite. Graphite specifically has retained presence because the design ages well — it doesn't compete with painted graphics or chrome polish, and it pairs cleanly with any sticker capsule from any era.
MW as the everyday tier
Graphite at MW keeps the gradient transition smooth and the hex detail visible on the receiver. FT and below soften the gradient noticeably; FN preserves it perfectly but at a steep premium reflecting the discontinued supply. MW is the value-correct condition for an everyday-display heritage AWP.
