About AWP | Oni Taiji
The AWP | Oni Taiji in Factory New is one of the most thematically Japanese AWP finishes in CS2 — a covert from the Operation Wildfire Collection (February 2016) depicting hand-painted Oni demon imagery in deep red and gold along the AWP's long body. Oni Taiji is the AWP's answer to Japanese mythological art alongside The Prince and Mortis.
Why FN matters
The hand-painted Oni artwork relies on edge-detail clarity for the demon mask details and the red-gold saturation. MW already shows wear softening the demon details; FT visibly muddies the central artwork. FN preserves the artist's intent — the Oni mask, the gold border, the deep red base all render cleanly. Float-hunters target sub-0.04 floats for the absolute cleanest reading.
Wildfire scarcity
