Why FT is the practical buy
FN and MW The Prince trade in collector territory with extreme premiums driven by Hydra retirement. FT preserves about 75-80% of the visual impact — the woodblock shading softens, scope rail wear becomes visible, but the muted gold-and-crimson palette remains unmistakable. Most playing collectors who want The Prince land at FT.
Hydra Collection scarcity
The Operation Hydra Collection has been retired since 2017. The Prince supply is fixed at every wear including FT. Listings are persistently thin and asks have been climbing year-over-year.
