From the original Assault Collection (August 2013), Stained's deep dark-stained finish on the Karambit's curved blade shows heavy patina-style wear at WW — but the moody antique aesthetic is genuinely enhanced by visible age, not diminished by it.
Why WW works on Stained
Stained is unique among Karambit finishes in that the design intent is already weathered. WW visible wear reads as deepening of the patina rather than damage to a clean surface. FN, MW, and FT Stained all command flagship-tier collector pricing; WW is the realistic entry that captures the full antique-firearm aesthetic at the lowest available wear cost. Assault Collection scarcity
