The ★ Specialist Gloves | Crimson Web in Factory New is one of the most pattern-lottery-driven Specialist Glove finishes in CS2 — black leather base with bright crimson web embroidery from the Operation Hydra Collection (May 2017). The contrast between the dark leather and saturated red web creates one of the strongest visual statements in the glove tier.
Pattern hunting
Crimson Web has aggressive pattern variance: some seeds put the webbing dead-center on both palms, others bury it in the wrist or wrap it around fingers. "Triple Web" seeds (three webs visible across the hand area) command extreme premiums over generic-pattern copies. The Specialist Glove's slim cuff and palm areas make web placement particularly visible during gameplay.
Why FN matters
The crimson web saturation peaks at FN; in MW the red starts dulling. FN preserves the original Hydra render and is where collectors target sub-0.04 floats for the deepest red.
