Ultraviolet is the minimalist option in the Ursus finish pool, with a single deep purple matte body that lets the Ursus's compact utility-knife silhouette carry the visual identity rather than competing with finish decoration.
Why FN is the right tier
Matte solid-colour finishes show wear most visibly because there is no pattern or texture to mask scratches. Factory New preserves the deep purple saturation at full design strength and keeps the matte surface uniform across the blade. MW already starts showing surface marks at the blade edges where the matte coating thins.
