About AWP | Fade
The AWP | Fade in Factory New is the flagship configuration of one of the most iconic AWP finishes in CS2. From the original Assault Collection (August 2013), Fade's pink-purple-yellow chromatic gradient applied to the AWP's long body creates one of the most coveted classic-line collector items in the game.
Fade percentage hunting
Fade has its own pattern lottery: each FN copy rolls a "fade percentage" between 80 and 100 indicating chromatic coverage. 100% Fade and "Full Fade" copies (90%+) command extreme premiums over standard fades. The AWP's long body amplifies percentage variation — high-percentage FN copies stretch the gradient beautifully across the receiver.
Why FN matters
FN preserves the chromatic depth at peak saturation — and the AWP's long body is unforgiving of wear, with the chromatic gradient dulling visibly at MW and beyond. FN is the consensus condition for AWP Fade flagship pricing, especially for high-percentage copies. Long-term hold with steady appreciation across all percentage tiers.
